I second the previous 2 comments. No company is perfect so in addition to hearing about all the new cool things that Ellis Todd is doing, please share some of the mistakes and how Ellis Todd rose to the occasion to fix the mistake. Additionally, what I like to see in a company blog is information that has meaning to me, not just sales and marketing information that I could read on the main company website.
We are currently working on the "Company Info & Blog" section of the Ellis Todd site and the Media team (4 of us altogether) are collaborating on how to update the content to match Ellis Todd's company culture.
